2. Data We Collect

Bindoor collects the following data:

• Account data: Email address and name (when registering via email or Google Sign-In)
• Collection data: Cards, products, quantities, prices, and photos you enter in the app
• Location data: Only when you enable the trader map feature (voluntary, revocable at any time)
• Device data: Anonymous app usage statistics via Firebase Analytics (no personal data)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing and syncing your collection across devices
• Authentication and account security
• Improving the app based on anonymous usage data

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage) — Data storage and authentication. EU servers. Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In — Optional sign-in method. Privacy Policy
• TCGdex — Card information and price queries. No personal data is transmitted.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your data. To delete your account and all data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or write to us at support@bindoor.app.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Firebase data is protected by security rules and accessible only to the respective user.

7. Data Retention

Data is fully removed upon request or when an account is deleted. Anonymous analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
